Raisin Bran Muffins

1 1/4 c. Whole Wheat Flour1 tablespoon Baking Powder1/4 tsp Salt2 cup Post Raisin Bran Cereal1 cup Dannon fat free plain yogurt1/4 cup Silk, Unsweetened Soymilk1 medium Egg1 tablespoon Margarine1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened2 tsp cinnamon1/4 teaspoon ginger1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Combine applesauce, egg, brownsugar, yogurt, soy milk, margarine in a mixer until smooth. Add in spices, baking powder. Add flour and raisin bran.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line muffin pan with paper liners or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Divide batter into cups.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
