Ingredients
beef broth 2quarts 1/2 head cabbage small1 cup spinach1/3 green pepper1/3 yellow pepper1/3 red pepper2/3 cup green beans1 stalk celery 1 small onion2 yellow squash cut into strips
Directions
Dice everything except squash put broth and all veg except in pot and bring to the boil, cook untill done add squash cook un till just tender. Makes 8 servings.You can add any left over meat or veg a
can of tomatoes is good.
