Henson's Potato Salad

Ingredients
5 lbs Potatoes1 can black olives1 4oz jar diced pimentos1/2 c onion8 oz cheddar cheese1 c dill pickles1 c Miracle Whip Light1/4 c Mustard
Directions
Peel and cook potatoes, chop olives, pickles, onion, cube cheese, drain pimentos. Whip potatoes with mixer. Stir in the ingredients.
Chill before serving. Makes 20 1 cup servings
