Best Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 pound of cooked chicken breast chopped1/2 cup of Mayo - you can sub Lite Mayo for less fat1/4 cup of sweet peppers, minced (the more colors the better!)1 1/2 tbsp of salt, if you want to use less just add more garlic powder and paprika1/2 tbsp of paprika1/2 tbsp of garlic powder1/2 tbsp of black pepper4 Whole Wheat English Muffins Toasted (I prefer Thomas' brand myself)
Directions
Put it all in a bowl, mix well and serve on your toasted English Muffins. GREAT with a pickle spear on the side and a tall glass of ice water. You can also add lettuce, tomato & onion for a little more veggie power.
