Blueberry & Peach Crumble Recipe

2 cups of flour, plus more for fruit1 cup butter cubed1 cup sugar, plus more for fruit2 quarts blueberries10 peaches, pit removed and cut into 8 pieces.
Place blueberries and peaches in a large bowl. Toss liberally with flour and sugar.
Plae fruit in baking dishes. Do not press down.
Place flour and butter in food processor along with sugar and pulse for 10 seconds or so. Pulse once more for another 15 seconds until the mixture comes up the sides of the bowl.
Sprinkle topping on fruit mixture without pressing down.
Bake in 350 F preheated oven for 30-45 minutes until sides are bubbly and tip is browning a bit.
Use a 9 x 13 baking dish and you can also double recipe and use 11 x 15.
Serve with cool whip or vanilla ice cream.
