I tried this with hot sauce. I honestly did not like it. I think I took 3 bites of the sandwich and threw it away. However, I have only like ricotta cheese in a few items, so this may not be a completely fair assessment. Potentially, for the ricotta lover, this could be great! - 3/12/11

I also add chopped olives...black and green, woohoo it is so good! I also use it as a toast spread. Fantastic, add a small amount of chopped salami, pepperoni...man anything goes. Great idea! - 4/29/10

This is very good and simple! I was thinking I needed something to add a little more flavor, but then I realized I forgot the olive oil. OOPS - 11/3/09

This sounds easy to make. I just bought a large container of ricotta cheese. Going to try this! - 10/11/09
