- Minutes to Prepare:
- Number of Servings: 9
Ingredients
Directions
Ingredients1 quart of fresh strawberries ½ cup frozen wild blueberries1 cup frozen mixed berries (I use Trader Joe’s Very Cherry, which has blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and cherries)½ medium canteloupeabout 13 chunks of Trader Joe’s frozen mango1 cup of Trader Joe’s frozen pineapple tidbits
Makes 9 one-cup servings
Have a large mixing bowl ready to add each fruit. Hull and cut strawberries into halves or quarters depending on berry size. Add ½ cup of wild blueberries and 1 cup of mixed berries. (Here, you can choose which berries you prefer. I like the variety, including two kinds of blueberries.) Peel canteloupe and cut into bite-size chunks. Cut mango into halves. Add pineapple tidbits and stir well. Let the fruit mixture sit at room temperature or in refrigerator to thaw frozen items. Enjoy!
