Crock Pot Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
1 jug V8 Vegetable Juice (Low Sodium)1 can cooked, sliced carrots1 can peas1 can cooked potatoes1 can corn6 oz stew beef1 tsp Garlic1 tsp black pepper2 can beef broth
Directions
Cut beef into small peices (or buy stew beef which is already pre-cut). Then, In a skillet combine stew beef peices, garlic, and black pepper and cook thoroughly. Then combine remaining ingrediants and beef in crock pot. Slow cook on low for several hours until beef is tender. (5-6 hours)
