Basil and Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
4 cups tomatoes, chopped8 oz low fat cream cheese1/2 cup sun-dried tomato vinaigrette dressing1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped16 oz whole grain pasta, cooked3 oz pine nuts, toasted
Directions
Toss tomatoes with cream cheese and dressing, cover and refrigerate for at least two hours. Cook pasta as directed and place in a large bowl. Toast pine nuts in a 350F degree oven for 3 minutes, watching them closely so they do not burn. Add tomato mixture and pine nuts to pasta and toss lightly.
