Sesame Garlic Chicken Stir Fry (Wegmans)

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (sliced into 1/4 strips across the grain)3 Tbsp water1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch16 oz Stir Fry or Mirapoiz Vegetables (about 8 ounces of brocolli, 4 of onions, 2 of carrots and 2 of snow peas)2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil1 Clove Garlic (minced)1/2 Tbsp minced peeled fresh ginger root8 Tbsp Iron Chef Sesame Garlic Sauce1/2 tsp ground white pepper2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
1. Place chicken in a bowl. Add water 1 Tbsp at a time, working in with hands until water is absorbed into chicken. Sprinkle with cornstarch and work in with hands to coat all pieces.
2. Blanch stir-fry begetables 2-3 minutes in pot of boiling salted water. Drain, transfer to bowl of ice water to quickly cool. Drain and set aside.
3. Heat nonstick wok or skillet on HIGH about 2 minutes. Add vegetable oil to pan and swirl to coat.
4. Add chicken, garlic, and ginger; stir fry about 3 minutes (do not overcook)
5. Add garlic sauce; stir fry 2 minutes. Add pepper and vegetables; stir fry to heat through 30 seconds to 1 minute. Transfer to serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
