Ham and scalloped potatoes mornay

Ingredients
4 med thinly sliced raw potatoes1/4 c flour1 tablespoons I cant belive its not butter1 cup 1% milk2 cups diced ham1/4 c swiss cheese
Directions
Layer potatoes and ham in casserole, sprinkling flour between each layer. Heat flour and margarine to make a roux. Gradually wisk in milk til mixture thickens, add cheese and season to tast. Pour sauce over all layers. Bake 1 hour covered at 350. Remove cover and bake additional 30 minutes.

    I made this and used sharp fat free cheese slices and forgot to add the butter, it was alittle runny but good. - 3/26/08
