L.R. pumkin bars

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour1-1/2 cups sugar2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. salt4 eggs2 cups canned pumpkin1/4 cup oil1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup buttermilkCREAM CHEESE FROSTING:3 T. 1/3 les fat cream cheese3 T. butter1 cup powdered sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla1 T. milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a jelly roll pan with nonstick spray. In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients. Stir the wet into the dry, just until mixed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for about 20 minutes or until done. Cool on a wire rack. For frosting, beat together all ingredients until smooth. Spread on cake. Cut into 55 small pieces.

    There are different size jelly roll pans so I think it would be beneficial to everyone if you specified what size pan you used to get 55 servings. I know the jelly roll pan I have would not be able to get 55 servings. Thanks! - 9/11/08

    The size I use is about 11"x 15". The bars are small.
