Cheesy Ranch Chicken

Ingredients
1-2 Cooked chicken breasts1.25 Cups hot water2 cups skim milk1 tbls light sour cream or mayonnaise
Directions
Prepare chicken in a skillet. When it is cooked, dice it.

Stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from the cheesy ranch hamburger helper)

Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.


Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 14 minutes until pasta is tender.

Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream.


Serving = 1 cup
