Base:1/4 cup shortening melted3/4 cup flour3/4 tsp baking powder1/2 cup 1% milkabout 3 cups cut fresh fruit, 1/2 cup sugar and sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)Crumbs: 1/4 cup shortening melted1/2 cup sugar3/4 cup flour1 tsp vanilla
Spray 9x9 pan lightly with oil. mix base ingredients and spread in pan. Cover with fruit, 1/2 cup sugar and sprinkle of cinnamon. Mix crumbs together and spread over fruit. Bake at 350 about 1 hour until golden brown and fruit is done.
