Venison Green Pepper Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound venison burger1 onion1 14 oz can tomato sauce2 14 oz cans of diced tomato with onion2 green bell peppers diced5 cups of water3 teaspoons beef broth paste (can use 3 cubes)10 baby carrots finely chopped1/4 cup brown sugardash of sage (extra never hurts)dash of oregano (extra never hurts)dash of basil (extra never hurts)pepper and salt to taste2 cups of prepared minute rice
Directions
Fry venison with onion.
Put all ingredients (except minute rice) in a crockpot (you can do the same on a stove top)
Cook for about three hours (Simmer about 30 minutes on stove top - until green peppers are tender)
Prepare minute rice on stove top or microwave
Add minute rice when one hour of cooking time remains for crockpot (10 minutes on stovetop)
