Pumpkin Muffins w/ Flax

Ingredients
Mix 2 tablespoons ground flax with 8 tablespoons. Cream butter, sugar then add flax mix. Sift dry ingredients then add to moist mixture. Can bake in loaf pan for approx. 1 hour @ 350 or makes 12 muffins in about 20 minutes.
Directions
One loaf = 12 slices.
Or makes 12 muffins.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour for loaf or approx. 22 minutes for muffins.

    Good question. I'm not sure why they are not listed, but if you click on "ingredient details" under the nurtritional info you'll find them there. I really only entered this recipe to figure out the calories for my personal use, but I hope you enjoy them!
