Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Total Corn Flakes Cereal, 1 cup crushed1/4 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt addedgarlic, pepper, salt to taste
Directions
Boil carrots until tender (5-8 mins), then run under cold water to cool; drain then mash. Add corn flakes, egg, seeds, and seasoning to your taste. Make about 5-7 patties and cook in pan for about 4-5 minutes each side. Serve on a bun with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese!
