Cheesy Creamy Chicken Soup

Ingredients
American Cheese, 5 slices (3/4 oz) Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, diced Paprika Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1/4 cup, diced Jalapeño Peppers, 1 pepper with seeds removed Cream Cheese, 2 oz Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 cup, fluid Onions, raw, 2 slices (1/4" thick) diced, Butter, salted, 1 tbsp Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Canned White Meat Chicken
Directions
Melt butter in saucepan and add onion, celery and Jalapeño pepper. Cook until tender. Add Chicken broth and boil for 15 min. Add canned chicken and cream simmer for 30 min. Grate cheese and add stir until melted.
