585g spelt flour (4.5 cups)7g package instant yeast5g sugar15g olive oil1tbs lethicin15g linseed4cups plus 100mls water, possibly 15 mls extra needed
put all the ingredients into the breadmaker, in the order given by the manufacturer
we do: water sugar, oil, linseed, lethicin, flour and yeast on top. Set to dough cycle and proceed to making pizzas, alternately bake as a loaf. Check after 15 mins if a little more water needed
