My Favorite Pumpkin Pie

3 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked2 can (13 oz) Milk, canned, evaporated5 large Egg, fresh3 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice2 cup Granulated Sugar1/8 cup Molasses1 tsp SaltPie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 2 crust, single 9"
Prebake Pie crust in a preheated 375 degree oven for 10 minutes until slightly browned. Cool to room temperature.
Combine pumpkin and canned milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into cooled pie crust and bake for 45 minutes at 375. Cool to room temperature and the chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Makes 2 pies. 8 slices for each pie.
