low Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins

Ingredients
Milk, 1%, 1 cup Wheat bran, 1 1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 1/2 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Brown Sugar, 2/3 cup, packed Baking Powder, 0.50 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 C). Line your muffin tin. Mix the bran and milk, let stand 10 minutes.

2) In a large bowl, mix applesauce, egg, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat in bran mixture. Add your whole wheat flour, baking soda, powder and salt. Stir into bran mixture just until blended. Fold in blueberries.

3) Bake in preheated oven 15 to 20 minuted. Test with tooth pick.
