Ingredients
1 can 15 oz Fava Beans1 tsp minced garlicpinch lemon gazoo (citrus seasoning)1 tsp cuminsliced red onion or green onions1 pita bread to be shared by two
Directions
Inside a small pot pour the fava beans
put in garlic, lemon gazoo and cumin
combine and cook for 3 minutes
pour into two bowls and sprinkle with olive oil
eat with pita bread and onion
