INSTEAD OF BAKING POTATO, PEEL AND DICE.ADD 2 CANS OF BROTH, DICED POTATOES, SALT FREE SEASONING, BLACK PEPPER, BAG OF FROZENS CORN AND COOK ON LOW FOR 7 HRS.AFTER 7TH HR, ADD CREAM, AND USE A POTATOE MASHER FOR BREAK UP POTATOES, AND CORN. LET SIT FOR 1/2 HR. GARNISH WITH BACO IF DESIRED.
