Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 17 oz Egg, fresh, 2 large Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia)choppedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped *Wonder Light-Reduced Calorie Hamburger Buns, 1 serving torn into crumbsHeinz, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, 1 Tbsp, 3 serving (save half for top)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tspSalt, 1 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
mix all ingredients in a bowl by hand
place in loaf pan
bake for 30-40 min
spread other half of ketchup over top
