Ingredients
1 lg white or yellow onion2 fresh tomatoes3 medium zucchini1 yellow bel pepper1 green bell pepper2 Tbsp olive oilSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cut up vegetablesplace in lg bowl add oil , salt & pepper to taste. Mix well. Spray grilling pan with pam heat on grill 30 seconds add vegetables cook approx 30 minutes stir often till tender.Added fresh tomatoes diced cook 5-7 minutes . Serve
