Baked sweet chile acorn squash

Ingredients
1 acorn squash4 TB sweet chile sauce (available in asian food section)
Directions
Halve acorn squash and scoop out seeds. Slice lengthwise along lobes to make long slices (like slices of cantaloupe). Peel green skin off with a vegetable peeler or paring knife. Place in a bowl and toss with sweet chile sauce.
Heat oven to 350 (or other temp if you are roasting something else too). Spray a baking pan with cooking spray then lay slices out in single layer.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350, shorter at higher temperature, or until squash is softened.
