Ingredients
1 c Haagen-Dazs Vanilla1 scoop Natures Plus Spiru-tein protein pwdr1 c almonds, soak overnight, puree, strain1 c organic whole yogurt w/live cultures
Directions
Soak almonds overnight in water, changing water occasionally. Puree almonds in 1 c water. Strain and then mix fresh almond milk with remaining ingredients in blender.
