Put in saucepan with cold water and little salt for atleast 5hrs then pour water out. Boil water, pour into saucepan put in meduim heat bring to boil. When beans are soft its ready! It will make froof take out as req, To add flavour add some marrow chopped into cubes. Dress with Olive oil & lemon juice.
