1/8 cup light Margarine1/8 cup packed light brown sugar 1/2 cup splenda sweetener 1 egg1 egg white 1/4 cup non fat evaporated milk2 envelopes swiss miss low fat chocolate 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 cup white all purpose flour 1/8 tsp salt 4 oz low fat cream cheese (about 2 tablespoons)
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2 In a large bowl combine splenda and margarine and beat until creamy. Add egg and egg white beating well.
3 Add chocolate, milk, and vanilla. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt (that have been previously sifted together). Beat until smooth.
4 Coat a 9-inch pan with cooking spray. Pour the batter into the greased pan drop cream cheese in small pieces on the mix and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
