Orange/vanilla sherbet cup 4 oz (130 cal)1 thb nonfat chocolate syrup (50 cal)1 thb rasberry preserves or jam) (40 cal)
Open an ice cream cup.
Use a spoon to dig out a small space in the center.
Measure 1 thb of rasberry jam or low sugar preserves into the hole.
Drizzle 1 thb of chocolate syrup over it.
Madly dust a thb of cinnamon (no sugar, just the spice) over the chocolate.
Cap the whole with the bit of icecream removed to make the whole.
Eat with very small spoon.
