Flank steak mexican salad

3lbs of flank steak, 1/2 oz each serving1 package of taco seasoning, low sodium1 package of tortilla chips, 1 cup each servingSalsa, recipe figured for Pace chunky salsa-mild, 2tblsp each servingQueso mexican cheese, 1 jar, 1/2 ounce each serving1 can black beans, drained and rinced, 1/2 cup each serving.1 8 ounce reduced fat sour cream, 1 tbsp each serving.
Rub taco seasoning on flank steak, grill on outside grill on 350 for about 25 mins. Let steak rest for 5 mins. Slice flank steak into thin strips.
1 serving of each ingredient.
1 cup of chips, spread 1/2 oz of steak over top of chips. Add beans, salsa, queso cheese over top. Add 1 tbsp of sour cream over top. Then serve.
*note- I make a buffet style of all the ingredients to let each person fix there own.
