Awesome Low-Fat Mini Meatloaves

Ingredients
1/4 cup Egg Beaters3/4 cup Fat Free Milk1/2 cup quick cooking oats1 pound lean ground beef2/3 cup ketchup1/4 cup packed brown sugar1 1/2 teaspoon mustard1 package McCormick Meatloaf seasoning
Directions
** Makes 12 meatloaf muffins **

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spray 2 muffin pans with Pam.

3. In a large bowl, combine the Egg Beaters, milk, oats, and meatloaf mix. Add the ground beef, mixing well, and put equal amounts of this mixture into each well in a muffin pan.

4. In a seperate bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Stir thoroughly and spread over each meatloaf.

5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
