Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil2 boneless skinless chicken breasts2 boneless skinless chicken thighs2 bonless skinless chicken legs1/2 large onion dicedMarinade:2 cups of Yogurt1 Tbsp Lemon Juice1 Tbsp Vinegar2 Tbsp minced garlic1 TSP Red Chili Pepper flakes1/4 TSP Corrainder seeds1 TSP Cumin seeds1 TSP Salt1/4 TSP Cardamom seeds1 Tbsp Paprika1/4 TSP Fennel1 TSP Garam Masala1 TSP Cayenne1/4 TSP Pepper
Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients.
Heat oil in large skillet or 5 qt pot. Add onion and saute. Add chicken and saute together. Add half of marinade. Cook through. When chicken is done add the rest of the marinade.
Serve over rice. Serves 6
