No Chicken Chili Casserole

Ingredients
Potato, raw, 1 cup dicedOnions, raw, 170 gramsCelery, raw, 113 gramsBeans, red kidney, 240 gramsCanned Tomatoes, 200 gramsGarlic, 14 grams*Hot Chili Peppers, 2 pepperQuorn Chicken Style Pieces, 56 gram(s) Birds Eye Soya Beans (100g frozen), 56 gram(s) Knorr Vegetable Stock cube, 3 servingCider Vinegar, 1 tbspPepper, black, 6 dashWater, tap, 10 fl ozTomato Paste, 28 gramsPlain Low Fat Yogurt for topping
Directions
Put all ingredients, except the yogurt, into the pot raw (washed and chopped of course). Bring to the boil for 6 minutes, remove and simmer in simmering oven (Aga) or simmer on low heatuntil tender (about one hour). Or simply fast boil and serve when tender (about 20 minutes).

Serve with two desertspoons full of the yogurts heaped and swirled on top.
