Ingredients
soy protein- 1 scoopstrawberries-1 cup slicedbanana- 1 cup slicednonfat milk- .5 cupsyrup- 3tbsp
Directions
Throw the protein, fruits, and milk all in the blender with a half a cup of ice. Blend till its as thick or thin as u want it. Open the blender and add the syrup then blend for about ten more seconds. Take it out poor it in a cup an enjoy.
