Pork Chops and Rice Caserole

10 Extra lean Pork Chops2 cups (uncooked) Basmati Rice2 sm cans Mushrooms2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup1 Tbls Seasoned Salt1 Teas Garlic powder or minced garlic
Spray bottom of a roaster or baking dish with Pam. Rinse rice well under running water then spread evenly on the bottom of the pan. Lay the Pork Chops on top of the rice. Dilute the soup with 2 cans of water and add the seasoned salt and garlic mix well. Pour over the chops cover with the lid or foil and bake for 1 3/4 hours, uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
