1/3 c. fat-free ricotta cheese1 c. light soy milk (plain)1 c. frozen unsweetened strawberries (unthawed)1 Tbl. honey
Add all ingredients to blender and blend till smooth. You can add ice if desired, but I found you really don't need to. This makes a full 12 oz glass, perfect for that after-exercise breakfast or snack. 252 calories, 15 g protein!
