Spanish Rice

Ingredients
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil1 Onion4 cups raw rice1 can tomato sauce6 cups chicken broth or 6 c. H2o and 6 chicken boullion cubes
Directions
Put veg. oil in pan and heat adding onions until soft. Then add the rice and brown. *I add a little garlic to mine* When the rice is golden brown, add the can of tomato sauce and mix well. You can either put it in a rice cooker or a pan and add chicken broth. Stir before closing the lid and cook until done. *I have a family of 7 and this usually is enough for another round the next day*
