Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef, browned&rinsed2-3 servings whole wheat rotini, cooked2 med. carrots, chopped2 ribs celery, chopped1 med. onion, chopped5 tsp. beef bouillon1 can diced tomatoes1 can corn, drained1 tsp. fresh minced garlic1 tsp. each: basil, oregano, rosemary1/2 tsp. each: thyme, fennel seed1/4 tsp. black pepper1 bay leaf8 cups water
Directions
Brown the ground beef over med-high heat, rinse and drain. Put all ingredients except pasta in slow cooker, cook on high 3-4 hours (until carrots are tender). Add pasta, cook for 1/2 hour more. Serve with grated parmesan cheese. Makes 12-16 servings.
