My Style mashed potatoes!

Ingredients
4 medium red potatoes (about 150 g each)3 tbsp of Promise light margarine1/2 cup ff milk3 tbsp garlic powder2 tbsp oregano (can add more oregano, makes it very yummy)3/4 tbsp Basil1 tbsp Parsley2.5 tbsp Salt2 tbsp black pepper
Directions
Peel potatoes and cut them in pieces. Put them to boil covered with water until they are soft. You may add a very small amount of salt at this point, but I add most of it at the end.
When they are soft, drain water and put back in pot. Add butter, milk , herbs and spices to your hearts content until you get your preferred mashed potato consistency, from lumpy to smooth. You can also adjust the salt and pepper to taste, as well as vary the amount of herbs and garlic powder.
