Mushroom & butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
Butternut squash, mushrooms, onion, thyme, oregano, aduki (can use kidney if you want) beans, unsalted butter, salt (optional), and garlic.
Directions
Saute mushroom, garlic, and onion (use fresh a fresh onion if you have one). Mix in 4 cups of water, 2 cups of broth (can use vegetarian broth too), and butter nut squash. Mix in aduki beans and spices and let her cook for 20 minutes.
