Gluten Free Toad In the Hole

Ingredients
6 x gluten free sausages125g gluten free plain flour2 eggs150ml milk
Directions
sift the flour, add pepper if liked.
beat the eggs to combine them
add milk and eggs to flour and whisk.
place sausages in dish
pour flour mixture over the top
cook for 30 minutes.
*HINT: if the batter does not rise very well then heat a small amount of oil in the dish before you add the sausages (make sure its hot or it won't work).
