4 cups Cauliflower, chopped 1 cup Peas, frozen 2 tbsp Canola Oil 2 medium tomatoes, grated1 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground green chillies1/4 tsp red chillies3 tsp Ginger/garlic paste1 tsp ground cumin 2 tsp ground coriander1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Place oil and spices in a pot and heat on high. When it starts to sizzle add tomatoes.
Cook till thickened then add peas and cauliflower. Chopped potatoes may be added at this stage if desired
Cook covered on medium heat until tender and all moisture is evaporated.
Garnish with chopped cilantro.
Serve warm with roti.
