Light and easy alfredo sauce

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth4 tsp flour1/3 cup Light Cream Cheese Spread3 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese divided1/4 tsp ground nutmeg1/8 tsp pepper2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Combine broth, and flour in medium saucepan. Stir in cream cheese spread, 2 Tbsp of the parmesan cheese, the nutmeg and pepper; cook 2 mins, stirring constantly with wire whisk until mixture boils and thickens. Toss with your favorite pasta. Sprinkle with remianing Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serves 4

    I've been cooking for my family for years and there are two things that have eluded me...one would be Hollandaise Sauce and the other would be an easy, light...not super thick Alfredo Sauce!
