Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removedOnions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Olive Oil, 1 tbsp*Birds Eye Zucchini & Squash Mixture, 0.75 cup Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp Curry powder, 1 tsp Broccoli, frozen, .25 package (10 oz) Mushrooms, fresh, .25 slice White Rice, long grain, .25 cup Newman's Own Mango Salsa, 2 Tbsp
Directions
heat in skillet oil with mushrooms, onion,ginger for 2 mintues. add chicken which is already boiled. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove. Cook cut up vegetables, add rice, salsa and chicken back after 2 minutes with lid on.
Should be done, enjoy

    We made a few substitutions for this recipe. White rice was replaced with brown rice, and we only put broc and squash. We also didnt boil the chicken instead it cooked with the veg and rice was cooked separately. Watch the portions because the nutritional data is for only .25 c of rice.
