Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces pre cooked, cooled, dicedCelery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) choppedApples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) choppedGrapes, 1 cup, seedless halvedWalnuts, .5 cup pieces or chips Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 2 dash
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and serve as you like. Wrapped like a burrito in green leaf lettuce.
On whole grain toast.
As a pinwheel in a tortilla.
