Ingredients
1/2 cup soy milk1 tbsp cornstarch1/2 cup cornmeal1 tbsp chili powder1/2 tsp cumin1/8 tsp cayenne pepper3/4 tsp salt
Directions
Combine the soy milk and cornstarch in a wide, shallow bowl, and mix vigorously with a fork until the cornstarch is dissolved.

Mix the cornmeal, spices, and salt in another bowl. Use as described for the Chile Cornmeal-Crusted Tofu recipe.
