Ingredients
1 pound of ground turkey1 jar of salsa1 package of cream cheese (I use fat-free)1 can of cornCooked egg noodles (or any other pasta you like)
Directions
Brown the turkey while you are cooking the noodles. When turkey is done, stir in salsa, corn and cream cheese. Mix well, allow to simmer until warm. When the noodles are done, drain and stir into meat mix.
