Ingredients
* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped * Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped * Garlic, 10 cloves * Cilantro, raw, 5 tbsp * ajsitos dulce, 20 serving
Directions
add all your ingredients in a blender of food processor and puree it. pour into individual 1/4 cups servings and freeze...defrost as u need..when cooking i use a table spoon for my Puerto rican dishes..can be sauteed and used for yellow rice, stews, beans, etc.
