Crock Pot chicken cordon bleu

Ingredients
3 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts3 large swiss chesse slices, halved3 large, thin ham slices, halved2 TBsp. margarine10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup3 Tbsp milk3 Tbsp dry sherry1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
1. cut whole breasts in half. Flatten with wooden mallet. Cover each half breast with half slice of chesses and ham. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Brown each chicken roll in margarine in skillet. Transfer to slow cooker.
2. Combine remiaing ingredients. Pour over chicken, making sure chicken pieces are fully covered.
3. Cover. Cook on Low 4-5 hours.
